Because IFS classes meet only Monday through Thursday, students have ample time for travel outside of Gorizia. In past years, students have taken the train to several European cities:

RyanAir, Europe’s premier discount airline, serves two nearby airports with inexpensive flights to London and Paris.

Two day-long field trips will be organized by the program. One will take students to the glorious Peggy Guggenheim Museum in Venice and the other will introduce students to the Museum of Film Archeology in Padua.
