Students will live and study in Gorizia, Italy, home to our partner institution, the Film Studies Department of the University of Udine. A two-hour train ride to Venice, Gorizia is also a short journey to the European capitols of Vienna and Rome. The immediate vicinity of Gorizia features castles, museums, and historic sites.

Students will share double rooms in the Grand Hotel Entourage, a recently renovated building that dates back to 1447. Each room will come equipped with a private bathroom, a television, and a small refrigerator. A buffet breakfast and Italian-style dinner will be provided on weekdays. The hotel is a short walk to campus and the center of Gorizia.
